NAKPRC (North Asian Knowledge & Privacy Regulatory Compliance) is an umbrella organization providing digital services across multiple sectors through its sub-client brands. This Privacy Center provides centralized, transparent information about how each of our brands handles your personal data.
2. General Data Principles
All NAKPRC brands adhere to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023, the Information Technology Act 2000 and its amendments, and applicable sectoral regulations. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services.
3. Your Rights Across All Brands
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data from any NAKPRC brand. You can also withdraw consent, opt out of marketing, and request data portability. Exercise these rights by contacting the specific brand's privacy officer or through this portal.
4. Data Security Standards
All NAKPRC brands implement AES-256 encryption for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, regular security audits, and access controls. Our brands maintain ISO 27001 alignment and undergo periodic third-party security assessments.
5. Cross-Brand Data
NAKPRC does not share your personal data between brands without your explicit consent. Each brand operates with an independent data store. Aggregate anonymized analytics may be used across the NAKPRC group for infrastructure planning.
